Dear all,

As the deadline for submitting the proposal is getting closer (September 16th), we are asking for your help:

* I am sending you a quick one-sheet survey - we kindly ask you to fill it in and send it back to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It should take you no more than 10 minutes.

As you will see, we are asking you about (1) your desiderata in terms of activities which your institution would do in the Project (2) your existing activities and social networks, with attendance numbers (3) possible events or institutions in your town/region which could host one of of our 'lightweight' initiatives (for example, a science stand next to the queue of a big music festival, or a busking bike in the square in front of a museum, etc.), again with attendance numbers if you know them. This information is precious for better shaping the Project proposal, especially in terms of our capacity to intercept new and existing audiences.

Thank you for your time. Best, Bianca
