Dear all,
hope all is well with you. The deadline for submitting the proposal is getting closer (September 16th) and we are working hard on the Project proposal. Herewith enclosed is a short abstract. The long one will be sent soon.
First we’re very glad to welcome the new members of our consortium: CERN (Switzerland), Proteam (Croatia), Prona (Montenegro).
In the meantime we are asking for your help on two small but very important matters:
* I am sending you a quick one-sheet survey - we kindly ask you to fill it in and send it back to us possibly by Friday 04th September. It should take you no more than 10 minutes.
As you will see, we are asking you about (1) your desiderata in terms of activities which your institution would do in the Project (2) your existing activities and social networks, with attendance numbers (3) possible events or institutions in your town/region which could host one of of our 'lightweight' initiatives (for example, a science stand next to the queue of a big music festival, or a busking bike in the square in front of a museum, etc.), again with attendance numbers if you know them. This information is precious for better shaping the Project proposal, especially in terms of our capacity to intercept new and existing audiences.
* It would also be useful if you could provide an endorsement letter from Institutions, Ministries or great personalities of Science you usually work with.
