Traduzioni mancanti

Nemo -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [Wiki Loves Monuments] Translation requests & help offered with headers/templates/etc on Commons Date: Sat, 18 Aug 2012 11:08:40 -0700 (PDT) From: Romaine Wiki <romaine_wiki(a)yahoo.com> Reply-To: Wiki Loves Monuments Photograph Competition <wikilovesmonuments(a)lists.wikimedia.org> To: wikilovesmonuments(a)lists.wikimedia.org Hello all, For the upload campaign more translations are needed to cover more languages. (I may be not complete.) Basics: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/Upload… * https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Upload_campaign_header_Wiki_Lov… ** Missing languages: da (Danish), hi (Hindi), hu (Hungarian), it (Italian), lb (Luxembourgian), no (Norwegian), pl (Polish), ru (Russian), sr (Serbian), uk (Ukrainian) & perhaps in other languages too! * https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Upload_campaign_header_Wiki_Lov… ** Missing languages: ca (Catalan), da (Danish), hi (Hindi), hu (Hungarian), it (Italian), lb (Luxembourgian), no (Norwegian), pl (Polish), ro (Romanian), ru (Russian), sr (Serbian), uk (Ukrainian) & perhaps in other languages too! * National header templates which will be shown above the uploadform during the contest. I created many templates, but still there are missing: ** Austria: maybe also in sl (Slovenian), hr (Croatian) and hu (Hungarian)? ** Switzerland: perhaps also in it (Italian)? ** Hungary: hu (Hungarian)! ** India: hi (Hindi)! ** Italy: it (Italian)! ** Kenya: perhaps also in sw (Swahili)? ** Russia: ru (Russian)! ** Serbia: sr (Serbian)! ** Ukraine: uk (Ukrainian)! ** South Africa: af (Afrikaans) and maybe more languages? For an example see: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Upload_campaign_header_wlm-ch/en Notice the links: Website of the contest ⋅ How to participate For all participating countries: please check if your website for Wiki Loves Monuments is linked in the header template in each language as second or third row. ---- * Also for each country we need to create a campaign as explained: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/Upload… Not everyone can edit, so please request or ask an editor who can edit for you (like me). ** Missing campaigns of the countries: ar (Argentina), co (Colombia), in (India), it (Italy), ke (Kenya), li (Liechtenstein), mx (Mexico), ph (Philippines), rs (Serbia), ua (Ukraine) ---- If there is help needed with, just let me know! (you can reach me by e-mail / IRC at Freenode: #Wikilovesmonuments / Commons talk page) Greetings - Romaine User:Romaine 16/13/ _______________________________________________ Wiki Loves Monuments mailing list WikiLovesMonuments(a)lists.wikimedia.org https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikilovesmonuments http://www.wikilovesmonuments.org

From: Matthew Roth <mroth(a)wikimedia.org> Date: 2012/8/16 Subject: [Wiki Loves Monuments] CC-BY on Facebook To: Wiki Loves Monuments Photograph Competition <wikilovesmonuments(a)lists.wikimedia.org> Arguably these photos probably shouldn't even be on Facebook like they are, but again IANAL and I'm not giving you legal advice. Qualcos'altro sta arrivando in questi giorni :-) Ciao, Frieda -- ___________________________________________ Frieda Brioschi mail: ubifrieda(a)gmail.com - skype: ubifrieda cell: 328 0731320 http://it.linkedin.com/in/frieda

Fwd: [Wikitech-l] GSoC Update : Integrating Flickr and geolocation in Upload Wizard
by Cristian Consonni 14 Ago '12

14 Ago '12

Cristian ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: drecodeam <drecodeam(a)gmail.com> Date: 2012/8/13 Subject: [Wikitech-l] GSoC Update : Integrating Flickr and geolocation in Upload Wizard To: Wikimedia developers <wikitech-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org> Hi everyone, It's soft pencils down for the GSoC and I wanted to update everyone with the progress of my project. For a reminder, my project[1] aimed at allowing uploads of images from Flickr directly from the Upload Wizard and to allow setting the geolocation through a map interface. My work on the Flickr Integration is almost over, and I am just awaiting the final review. Once this is over, Ryan Kaldari( my mentor ) and I have been discussing the idea of putting it live on the commons for the admins, as it would help us get feedback and also allow testing of the project. You can see the work on the flickr branch on Gerrit[2]. The basic functionality of Geolocation integration has also been completed. Although still some minor changes are left, and I am sure I will get more changes to work on after it gets reviewed. Since this was a relatively small functionality of just adding a map interface for the already existing geolocation support, I would want to further add support for Altitude and direction tags for media. Hopefully by the end of this month, this would also be ready to be merged. The work on this can be tracked on the geo branch on Gerrit[3]. You can also read all the updates of the project on my blog [4]. Strumento per la giuria
by Andrea Zanni 06 Ago '12

:-) Aubrey ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Peter Ekman <pdekman(a)gmail.com> Date: 2012/8/6 Subject: Re: [Wiki Loves Monuments] Jury tool To: wikilovesmonuments(a)lists.wikimedia.org I only got this after my last post. This looks like the best tool I've seen by far! Can we get lots more details? *How many pix will it work with? - 15,000 seemed to work ok. *Can "random voters" participate, or do they need to log in, i.e. can a big group be invited to participate. *How are the votes totalled up (including all voters)? *Do the pix all have to be transfered from Commons to another site, or can it be all done on Commons? *How did it work in practice - were there any glitches last year? Any help appreciated. Smallbones > 2012/6/24 Nuno Tavares <nuno.tavares(a)wikimedia.pt > <mailto:nuno.tavares@wikimedia.pt>> > > Greetings all, > > We had such a tool running on our website.
